How to charge? This fitness tracker has a built-in USB port, please separate the device from the strap and insert the USB charging plug into normal DC USB port (5V-500mA).  The "Charging" will be light on while right charging, if not, please check and turn the device's USB charging plug to the correct direction, or try another socket. Warm tips: To ensure the lifespan of the device, please remove the device host from the power supply once fully charged. It takes about 1~2 hours to have the host fully charged.

Gives wrong step reading-

----The pedometer works on the movement of the wrist on which the band is worn.

----Each time you move your wrist aggressively it will count a step even if you are sitting still.

---Even while you sleep, each time you adjust position it can count as a step.

Suggestion for step count-

---While counting the steps you have to first check steps shown immediately and then you can keep a track on the same.

---After every activity, if you keep a track you will know the actual steps covered.

----You can set a goal and compare the same with the same to remain fit.
